Before we begin any sitting or grooming, we’ll request all information and detailed instructions. If you want to add or change any information, we require all corrections/updates to be emailed to contact@reliablecat.ca.

A drop-in is a short visit (30 or 60 minutes) where a pet sitter stops by your home to care for your pet. It is a cheap and perfect way or cats that need feeding, companionship or some playtime while you are away.

During a standard drop-in visit, we can tailor the 30- or 60-minute session to fit your cat’s needs.

We are able to:

– provide fresh food;
– clean bowls;
– fill water;
– clean their litter box;
– playing with your cat;
– brushing;
– medication administration;
– other needs, as requested.

We will be happy to also bring in the mail, water plants, or take out the trash for free. Just let us know in advance.

Late cancelation fee of $8 for any services (except for Boarding) canceled after 10pm the night before will apply, service adjustments need to be requested by 10pm the night before and approved by us; Full price of a 30 min visit will apply for any cancelations made within 2 hours of the scheduled time frame; All same day cancellations, adjustments and requests must must be submitted through our phone. Please wait for us to approve the change or request to make sure it’s confirmed. 

All payments for services are due when they are completed. 

All invoices that are not paid within 6 weeks are subject to a weekly late fee.
